The staff went above and beyond when they promptly helped us with our taxi and provided fragrant-free bedding as requested, making us feel really special. The garden was a great spot to unwind, with a cozy reading nook and lovely lounge chairs to soak up the sun. The breakfast could use a little improvement, but overall, the experience was super enjoyable! 😊

perfect base for exploring prague’s charming landmarks and parks
The hotel’s central location made it easy to walk to iconic spots like the old town square and the beautiful narodni muzeum, allowing us to truly soak in the city’s rich history while enjoying delightful park views along the way. however, we did experience some noise disruption that could be improved.

Our family enjoyed a fantastic stay at this cozy hotel. We loved exploring the rich history of Prague, especially the stunning Prague State Opera, which was just a short walk away. The spacious room made it easy for us to accommodate our little ones.
My wife says that the hotel could improve by offering more family-friendly dining options.

The coffee machine was amazing
Woke up to freshly brewed Tchibo coffee every morning, with a variety of options! The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay.
Unfortunately, the breakfast options were rather limited, and we found some cleanliness issues in our room, like garbage left behind and previous guests' writings on the mirror.

the location of royal plaza is excellent, walking distance to most sightseeing spots. the staff were outstanding, very friendly and helpful. during one busy morning, the kitchen staff noticed us and quickly arranged a taxi. also, the bedding and towels were fragrance-free as I requested, which was perfect.
